You must log in to your own account using your own device and credentials. You must maintain control of your account and complete account actions yourself. We do not knowingly request, collect, store, or retain your StudentAid.gov password or authentication credentials.

D. Payment and Transaction Information

When you purchase services, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor.

8. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Privacy

All categories of personal-information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any thirdessaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators, telecommunications providers, and service providers that support the delivery and operation of our text-messaging program.

Those providers may use mobile information only to provide services to Learning Leaders Academy LLC and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Your StudentAid.gov account belongs to you and may function as your electronic signature for certain federal student-aid activities.

You must not provide Learning Leaders Academy LLC with:

  • Authentication codes;

  • Backup codes;

  • Security keys;

  • Answers to security questions; or

  • Any other information that would allow us to access your account independently.

During a screen-sharing consultation:

  • You must log in yourself;

  • You must retain control of your device;

  • You must personally approve or submit account actions;

  • You may stop screen sharing at any time; and

  • You should avoid displaying information unrelated to the consultation.

Learning Leaders Academy LLC will not knowingly log in as you, impersonate you, or retain your login credentials.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian seeking information concerning a minor should communicate with us using the parent’s or guardian’s own contact information.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally required parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
